Marvin Newell is the Senior Vice President of Missio Nexus, a network of evangelical mission agencies, churches and training centers in North America. Marv and his wife Peggy served as mission workers in Indonesia and have now been involved in missions for 40 years. Marv is the author of several books including “Crossing Cultures in Scriptures: Biblical Principles for Mission Practice”. Marv is also adjunct professor at Moody Theological Seminary.

- Mission agencies can participate in multi-cultural mobilization.
- The third trend is Economic Resources.
- The World Development Indicators Database of the World Bank has a graphic showing the distribution of world economic resources.
- The North American church has economic resources to help fund missions.
- Collaboration with the Majority World must be handled carefully and built from a relationship of trust.
