David Meade and his wife Kathy have been in missions ministry for several decades. In the Philippines David was involved in church planting and serving missionaries. In the USA he helped lead a missions agency and worked in local church missions mobilization. In 2003 he founded Propempo International, an organization that helps church leaders mobilize their people for world evangelization.
