Dr. Charles Madinger is the founder and CEO of the Institutes for Orality Strategies based out of Manila, Philippines. After serving twenty-seven years in congregational ministry, Charles received a Doctor of Ministry and also studied communications. He continues to teach for universities and seminaries in the USA and abroad. Charles has also helped launch three mission and consulting organizations with a focus on orality.
