Tory Ruark has served as COO of Standards of Excellence (SOE) since 2016. Tory has experience in short term missions as a team leader, coach, mobilizer, trainer, and pastor. He has spearheaded organizational partnerships, and coordinated DELTA’s response to the earthquake in Haiti that mobilized hundreds of short-term workers. Tory is passionate about discipling others through the life-changing experience of short-term missions.
