Larry W. Sharp is the Founder of IBEC Ventures, a Business as Mission consulting group. Larry served in mission leadership in Brazil for over 20 years, followed by another 20 years as VP of Operations and VP of Business Partnerships at Crossworld. He is a speaker, and an author, and blogs weekly on the IBEC Ventures site. This year he also published the book that we’ll be discussing today entitled, “Missions Disrupted: From Professional Missionaries to Missional Professionals.”
